White City, Oregon- Southern Oregon Speedway opened their Labor Day Weekend doubleheader on Saturday, September 3rd, for the Rocky Nash Memorial. The evening featured the Tri-State Pro Stock Series, Iron Head Sprint Series, and IMCA Modifieds.

Keno’s Jeffrey Hudson managed to beat out the competition for the Tri-State Pro Stock Series victory.
Salinas, California veteran Bobby Hogge ended the race second, followed by Steve Borror, of Klamath Falls, in third.
Californians made up the rest of the top five, with Coalinga chauffeur Ryan Smith and Frank Nyback, from Santa Maria, earning fourth and fifth.

Camden Robustelli once again was in victory lane at Southern Oregon Speedway. The Medford motorist parked the T.J. and Stacy Winningham-owned entry in the winner’s circle. Jake Wheeler, from Central Point and driving for Roger Henderson, was the runner-up over third-finishing Charlie Thompson, another Central Point-based racer. R.J. McGahney, of Grants Pass hit the line fourth, with fifth place going to Medford’s Bailey Hibbard.

Lastly, the IMCA Modifieds witnessed Phoenix pilot Justin McCreadie score a big win. Jeffrey Hudson, pulling double duty and driving for car owner Don Roemer, beat out Bobby Hogge for second. Medford’s Mark Wauge took home fourth while Nick Trenchard, from Klamath Falls in the Biehn Racing entry, was fifth.
